The number of rooms and apartments is rather limited in Zurich. Start early in your quest for accommodation. Some useful information as to how to find an accommodation can be found below.

ETH Room pool for international Master students
ETH Zurich lets a limited number of rooms to international Master students. Priority is given to newly arriving students from non-European countries. Rooms may be let for a maximum of 11 months. All rooms are furnished single rooms with shared kitchen and bath/shower (4-7 students per apartment), within walking distance from ETH Zentrum.

Studios for foreign doctoral students
International doctoral candidates who are new to Zurich can apply for accommodation in a number of studio apartments.

Visit the Marktplatz for privately advertised listing of accommodation, jobs and activities.

Other
The Housing Office of ETH Zurich lists rentals for rooms, apartments and houses.

WOKO rents out 1400 furnished rooms, in student residences, student houses or flats throughout Zurich. Rooms are exclusively available for students.
