Branco Weiss committed himself to establishing and managing more than ten national and international high-tech enterprises. From 1985 to 1994, he taught courses on business start-ups and technological strategies at the ETH Zürich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology). He held three honorary doctorates, from the University of Tel Aviv (1993), the EPFL Lausanne (1998), and the ETH Zürich (1998). He was awarded the Staudinger Medal of the Department of Materials of the ETH Zürich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology).

In December 2000 Marc Vollenweider (ex-Partner at McKinsey) and Alok Aggarwal (ex-Director at IBM) started Evalueserve. The company is a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm, providing custom offshore research and analytics services, and employs 2500 people globally.

In this lecture Marc gives an insight into the resources and mind-set required when developing a multicultural company.
